Manager - The Polar Bear Pub, Les Deux Alpes

Company: Sunflower
Category: Hotel/Accommodation

Country: France
Region/State: Haute Alpes
Resort/Town: Serre Chevalier Briançon

Hello I have a lovely sunny chalet in Briançon not far from ski lifts with 4 bedrooms and an apartment downstairs. I live in England and it is unfortunately empty.

I am looking for a couple or even 1 person to host my chalet. There is no cooking, what is required is to see guests in and change overs and daily maintenance. I would prefer someone who has some maintenance experience if some repairs need to be done.

It is a good opportunity for a couple, you could also get another job in the valley or ski all season?

I am open to options re working for a wage or sharing rental profit or paying me a monthly rent and you take the profits but this would have to be for 12 months.

I am also open to you staying on after winter as summer is also very busy in Serre Chevalier. The minimum stay is until May and if you would like to start now you could help me get the house ready?
